    杰西卡·艾尔芭，一九八一年四月二十八日出生于加州波莫纳，具有墨西哥和美国血统的父亲马克·艾尔珀原是位海军军官，母亲凯茜来自有丹麦、法国血统的加拿大人家庭。和许多成功的演员一样，艾尔芭的童年、少年时代因父亲的工作经常迁移，先后在加州、密西西比、德克萨斯等地九个学校就读。
